Originally I thought the Pandemic would lead to the closure of multiple Podiatry schools. However, the inverse might be happening. The dirty secret among graduate and professional schools is that when the economy is in recession the applications go up. People can no longer find entry level jobs with decent salary so they apply for further professional schools. It is clear right now that the economy may be headed to a two to three year recession coming on and this could lead to an increase in Podiatry School applications.
