No Experience Necessary !
Has anybody noticed that the experts on coding and practice management have a common thread ? All of them failed in private practice. None of them were a success. They are all experts at everything but how to maintain an actual viable practice. They instead become podiatry parasites. They suck off the APMA and PM News and you. They make their money lecturing and consulting. And selling EHRs.
The same is true for many of the “medicine” experts. Like infectious disease, dermatology, wound care. They make their money lecturing and consulting. They suck the teets of the APMA and PM News. They lecture at every meeting. With no practice they have the time.
Podiatry experts. They should have a sign “no experience necessary”. Just write it. APMA and PM News and LER will print it. APMA and its components will pay for it. All with your money.

The lifers are late to the party as they realize everyone can and is doing podiatry while PA’s and NP’s are getting residencies and fellowships with their fat full license. Nevertheless you read few comments that blame the APMA AND QUACK COLLEGES for PURPOSELY steering podiatry onto the rocks. Only ACTON COUNTS not comments. Action =s force and that force is MONETARY. UNTIL THE APMA AND QUACK COLLEGES ARE HIT IN THE BANK BOOK THEY HAVE NO INCENTIVE TO CHANGE. How many times does this have to be pointed out? No brain necessary: Was having an interesting conversation with a couple buddies at ACFAS. One of my old classmates mentioned he works more hours now than he did as a resident in 2024. He thinks he’s also working much more now than even during first year of training when it was call-heavy. You got poduped. Many CA firemen make b/w 200-350k base or more per year plus great benefits. No undergrad required plus tons of propaganda to sell their tarnished image.
There’s many fire (sex ‘workers) ‘males’ that get paid at least 300 to 500K+++ in California. Yet, they cannot fight the fires, rather they”re too busy fornicating ON THe jOB!!! It is a racket just like Robert has stated, police, fire, etc they are mostly crooks and cheats and sex workers.
The con is sinking in. If you were an Actual Doctor the income would at least be commensurate. How many “reduced mycotic nails or Hazardous conditions” are there/day? In a way, you’re doing ok seeing 35-40 customers/ day. The decreased # of graduates and attrition of the senior pods is in your favor BUSINESS wise.
