Why did Top Practices for Podiatry last while it failed with Lawyers?

So Rem Jackson, he of launching Top Practices for Podiatry, and I believe it has been running a decade plus, basically, he repackages Marketing 101 with some obvious features than anyone with a GED would think of and Podiatrists eat it up. But what’s curious about it is it failed with Lawyers and Hair Stylists. Thats right. There was a Top Practices Hair Salon, but apparently Hair Salon owners are more discerning than Podiatrists, as are Lawyers because there was Top Practices attorneys……

I mean he has done so well with Podiatrists he wrote a freaking book you can buy on Amazon. My favorite part of the book is the not solicited at all reviews:

This is just curious and funny, that an idea that failed with Hair Stylists and Lawyers succeeded with Podiatrists.

Easy, bc most podiatrists were easily led, non critical thinkers, and easily impressed. Basically, suckers.

We love da “crapliance” industry. Keep da dolts scared, fill out small town phone books -sized documents/forms/fees, and den keep em scared year after year after year with da new forms and policies and lots of fees of course!! etc.. go wtfery! go dolts! Remember, podiatry is da life. Enjoy da ride and sell em shit!

Worked for me. Selling board exams and the crapliance industries. Great to line our shyster pockets. Create needs, create wants, manufacture ‘fear’–never meet needs.

I see the ad asking “ABUSED AS A BOY SCOUT”? Well as an Eagle Scout I’m offended by that and never saw or heard of it and believe that at best, a VERY SMALL % actually occurred. My point here is, Where are the attorney’s asking: DEFRAUDED AS A PODIATRY STUDENT”? Where are all the Charcot’s and Stethoscopes in real practice (business)? Class action baby. Those foot franchise administrators made a fortune selling the foot dream as a MEDICAL school second chance.

The land of 3rd 4th 5th chances. Come one come none. Bc there are too many Dan boys, fan boys, soy boys and simps. Plus so many are too embarrassed to admit they were conned. No self reflection or harsh truths so they lie to themselves etc. They pretend to like the mainly corrupt poorfession and act excited about 26cm of money making. They voted with their feet bc there are still in the wretched opportunistic poorfession

I’ve posted this several years ago. All it takes is someone to give a news tip to a local motivated reporter, and then let the games begin.

As long as there are the Barry Block’s, Rem Jackson’s, Oreinstein’s, Kesselman’s money lover types in podiatry it will remain a half quack field. With the advent of SERIOUS P.A.’S intervening in treatments, the days of mumbo jumbo lies from podiatrists to hawk business are numbered. Podiatry is still tethered down by that ORIGINAL NEW YORK CITY FIRST FRANCHISE PHILOSOPHY of, “podiatry is a NICE LITTLE BUSINESS” for the New Yawker’s who couldn’t get into medical school or who’s uncle sold shoes in the Bronx. Orthotics didn’t start with podiatry. Shoe inserts were sold by shoe salesman and shoe makers.… Read more »
