There is a fighter in the UFC named Usman who had a fight on Saturday Night which he won. But the internet was in agreement that Usman needs to see a Podiatrist for his bunions.
You probably guessed that I’m the type of no nonsense guy that likes straight shooters and honest brokers and you won’t be surprised that I admire Rush Limbaugh’s observations. One poignant one that applies to podiatry is the term “DRIVE BY”S”. For those not familiar, that refers to those lifers that take “pot shots and barbs” WITHOUT DEBATING then moving on to their next target. Like the spineless cowards they are ,they fear a fight. There are Drive by’s here at the Pod Post. They cowardly place negative votes on OBVIOUS TRUTHS AND HIDE IN OBSCURITY NEVER WANTING OR ABLE… Read more »

Why do people like Dan and company still support /defend/align/collaborate etc with agencies that continually f–k him? Is that podatric stockholm syndrome? They voted with their feet. Their support appears blind no matter what facts and truths Robert states. They still support these agencies with their money and time. Then complain about lack of WTF “residency” and writing into propagandist’s blast about getting stress relief….. by looking at silly shoe pictures.

Do you think podiatrists are just operating within the system? If a pod has 300K+ in student loans, a non transferable unrecognized, non universal degree, and no other real options, what can they do other than selling pod stuff and doing the shuffle? Or do the hustle? So, maybe some pods (not the 87 year old jester or the others mentioned on Seth’s site) are not inherently bad, but just trying to tread water and survive. Like a ramen noodles profession/life? Sad, but if no options, little flexibility, your choices are very limited. Do NOT have kids, and do NOT… Read more »

And now for the TRUTH DETECTOR TO BALANCE OUT BARRY BLOCK’S BUSINESS. PRIYA PARTHASARATHY( with a name like that shouldn’t she be an MD?) talks about Neuropathy. Well, seeing Neuropathy is a systemic condition ranging from Diabetes to hypercoagulability syndromes this is a short conversation. Ms. Podiatrist can say, you probably have a Neuropathy the etiology which should be worked up. (assuming it’s not just DM) And ,because I’m not an actual doctor I can give you a temporary prescription for relief and refer you to an a REAL DOCTOR to find the cause and form a treatment regime. Because… Read more »

Podiatrists:orthopedic surgeons::Optometrists:Opthalmologists Just because you have a “title” of dr that doesn’t mean you are the ultimate authority like an MD DOCTOR is considered to have. There are a lot of “doctorates” floating out there. The only ultimate authorities are the MD and Ph D.. Even the J.D. doesn’t call itself DOCTOR though they probably would have a valid stand regarding legal authority.

Perhaps that prehensile atavistic trait is actually providing a broader, more advantageous, stance and the idea of a RECTUS FOOT IS A WESTERN IDEATION OF WHAT SHOULD BE NORMAL. Just because some non MD arch support seller named Root saw things linearly that doesn’t preclude Mother Nature’s SELECTIVE ADVANTAGE FOR SOME SPECIES. Remember the podiatric slogan: Even a straight foot can use some correction. Simians have a broad “grasp” with their feet that is provided by a NATURAL VARUS OF THE 1ST. METATARSAL (& CARPAL) We’ve all seen elderly patients with large bunions that have, and had, no problem with… Read more »

The dumb as dirt intranet can yammer all night long about ‘needing’ to see a wtf. Reality is However, his contracts, lawyers, and team doctors likely have clauses against seeing non doctors for treatment.
That’s pretty true. The average person thinks bunions and that’s what a podiatrist does. However, what the average person does not realize is that professonal atheletes and higher profile folks, (including “regular folks” that know pods are not real doctors) have extensive contracts that explicitly disallow any medical professional other a MEDICAL DOCTOR touching them. Sorry, podlings, tricks are for kids. Fruit dupes. However, what pods are good at is editorializing what the real doctors are doing, so if Tyrone Watchson central fielder for the Asstown Rednecks has a taylor’s bunionnette, the surgery of course will be done by an… Read more »

Along with COVID, there is an epidemic of STUPID—WHEN is an asymptomatic bunion surgery truly necessary? Just trim the guys nails, maybe—as Danish4me would say: Get him some dancer’s pads. Show muscles and tough guy crap—secret pansies.

COVID / STUPID! EDDY, YOU keep getting better and better. How do you come up with those associations? Must be that MD brain. What a waste if you would have stayed in podiatry. Podiatry is the catch basin for half wits and medical school rejects like me. But if that seems bad, consider those that write into and believe Barry Block
