Wow! When checking the above video I found one there by a PHYSICAL THERAPIST. It was one of the best explanation of fasciitis I’ve ever heard. He makes podiatry look TOTALLY UNECESSARY AND that PODIATRIC biomechquactics is NOTHING SPECIAL. The P.T. ends by talking about structures superior to the ankle and claims the fascia IS NOT THE PROBLEM NOR did he recommend so called “custom” arch inserts.
