Yes , someone please call the POLICE. It is illegal to impersonate a police officer and it is (or should be) illegal to impersonate a DOCTOR. Technicians who call themselves DOCTORS (especially the very limited scoped ones in NY) are talking TOENAILS because THEY CANNOT LEGALLY BE CALLED PHYSICIANS.
