What’s the big news in podiatry according to Barry Block? Well, you need millions and millions of dollars to retire he reports. The STUPID question doesn’t factor in if you’re retiring in Casper Wyoming or Manhattan. I suppose 3-5 million is what will do for the greedy foot technician. Those checkered sport coats and white paten leather shoes are expensive. How is an HONEST NON MD foot technician going to acquire 3-5 million in savings within a NORMAL life span of foot touching? Maybe that’s why so many TECHS are working into their 70’s. As if they’ll live to enjoy… Read more »

Survey: if you die in your late eighties going to and from work, should your funeral attendees wear socks?
Guest

Absolutely ! And well fitting shoes of course. The toe box must have enough room so the funeral attendee’s can wiggle their big toe. Right Dr. Bloch !

I’ll take PODIATRY FOR $50 Alex! Followed by a furlong comes Optometry, a light year by chiropractic, and a parsec by dentistry. Chiropractors and Dentists pretty much know and admit who and what they are. It’s still podiatry that remains in a QUANTUM STATE; where no ones really knows where it is from moment to moment. One instant in time they’re surgeons, next their PODIATRIC MEDICAL “physicians”, then their biomechanical engineers, but always they’re found in the proximity of MONEY. Like Schrodinger’s Cat (live cat or dead cat), Podiatry’s (dr or not a dr conondrum) also doesn’t become real until… Read more »

That M.D. degree from Manchester is beyond ridiculous after Armstrong’s name. Don’t you realize this, Dr. Bloch ? He did not even do an internship in the US, let alone a residency. Not even licensed to practice medicine in the US, Dr. Bloch. Not even as a family practitioner. Dr. Bloch why are you infatuated with his smile ? He writes every press release he sends to you.

I guess that NATIONAL reputation further distances wtf’s from checking inguinal nodes when examining melanoma looking lesions. So, once again, the wtf is just a middleman until the patient is seen by a fully licensed MD doctor who is fully in his rights to do a full examination. If a lesion is suspected in the trachea or esophagus I wonder if any ENT’s do an axillary exam. I guess, with MRI’s and CT’s, these are probably the next step. Seeing I’m NOT an ACTUAL DOCTOR, I don’t know if MD’s are required to indicate they did an actual physical exam… Read more »
