Dr. Herbert continues to write into PM magazine’s daily News. I did a little research on this guy. Too bad Barry Block doesn’t do the same. This guy worked for FootLaw.com. He was listed on the web site. He worked as an expert witness against podiatrists. In Pennsylvania, he was disqualified, that’s right, disqualified as a podiatry expert witness by a judge. A Daubert hearing determined that his “expert opinions” were not based on science and the judge threw him out of court as an expert. “Did LASER PROCEDURES”?! When the word LASER is used in podiatry you know something fishy is going on. The pod FAILED TO REFER TO A VASCULAR MD. FAILED TO ACCOUNT FOR SYSTEMIC CO-MORBITITIES. In other words, SO NARROWLY TRAINED ONE SHOULD QUESTION A PODS ABILITY TO HAVE LICENSES AT ALL. I mean, 7 years of the foot the whole foot and nothing but the foot and pods are SO DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS they’ll operate recklessly to keep their BUSINESSES FROM GOING BANKRUPT.
