The difference in income is striking. Much less time to become a PA. That alone translates to less student debt. Many podiatrists have 2 and 3 offices. How many do PAs have? ONE. How many pods have second jobs to make ends meet? I know many. How many PAs. ZERO. Do you know of any podiatrists that net (take home pay) $250,000 a year. I don’t, but I can give you a long list of those that barely make $60,000 per year. Who are we fooling? Surely, not the medical community.
