Why do podiatrists age so poorly? It’s like they’re 50 going on 80 years. Maybe it’s all the lying and fraud?

This is a joke isn’t it? That the look the NY GIANT’S player gives the “father” (ha, sure) of bomechquactics. Look at the others standing behind. Incredulous looks. Is this quackery? Note ‘ol MERTON LAUGHING like a typical con man. Laugh and it deflects from the con. Why would a serious practitioner laugh at his own treatment? So, 105 yo Albert Brown is the POD FATHER. Merton is the biomechquactic father and over the years we’ve heard so many make claims of self aggrandizement. (as if that will mitigate the “we regret to inform you” letter.) Why does dirty podiatry… Read more »

Love the clown nose. If you don’t take yourself seriously, why would anyone else? It’s crap like this that makes me wonder how I got roped into Podiatry in the first place. Sometimes (like this photo) I begin to think all podiatry can offer is comic relief. I blame the schools for allowing this to happen. Take off the dam nose and at least act professionally; and I blame the supposed APMA leadership for it’s decades long inability to enhance the profession. Somehow I am able to eke out a living despite all this baggage I need to overcome. And… Read more »

Yes, Scottie. Lot’s of “doctorates” going around, but there are really only 2 types of DOCTORS that are physicians, (MD’s/DO’s). We all know dentists are in their own world like Veterinarians. Pharmacists are DOCTORS of PHARMACOLOGY, PT’s ARE DOCTORS OF PHYSICAL THERAPY, D.C’s are DOCTORS OF CHIROPRACTIC, etc., but NONE OF THEM ARE PHYSICIANS IN THE TRUE HISTORICAL SENSE OF THE WORD. ONLY THE PERMANENTLY MENTALLY DAMAGED CAN’T ACCEPT THAT THEY DIDN’T GET INTO ACTUAL MEDICAL SCHOOL. ALL PODIATRISTS MUST BEGIN TO ACCEPT THAT FACT. I KNOW, IT’S NOT EASY. I PLAYED THE GAME TOO, INITIALLY. Once you get caught… Read more »

At least one of the “students” (ie. they have no idea what it’s all about) is wearing a RED CLOWN NOSE. Appropriate choice representing what podiatry is compared to mainstream medicine. I was at the family doctor’s office. Of course he was too busy to see me (and without advertising or using 3rd party marketers!) so I saw his P.A.. How ashamed I was of my supposed “doctorate”. This young girl was SOOOO PROFESSIONAL, SOOO KNOWLEDGABLE, and doing MORE IMPORTANT EVALUATIONS THAN ANY STUPID DPM DOES. No, not just because it was me, but because of the myriad systemic co… Read more »

Do you play the same game I do? Whenever a POD is featured as something special ALONG with an MD I try to guess which picture is the wtf and which is the MD. In the Maccabbe-Katish seminar it wasn’t hard. There’s just something (confidence? accomplishment? intelligence?) that the MD expresses that the wtf doesn’t. It’s a fun game but also sad at the same time. Podiatrists love to TALK ABOUT THEMSELVES. Podiatrist FOX talks about 911 and how he was part of a trauma team sometimes doing wounds on other parts of the body.(hear that attorney’s and State Boards?)… Read more »

It can be easy to spot the pod. Goofy looking or something not quite right, off kilter about them. Strange mannerisms, elocutions, articulations, and overall-odd. Poseurs.
Any comments from the happy smiley money begging lackey?

Predictable Shylock puts the annual nyc photo in his propaganda blast followed by silly shoe pictures. How respectful. Anything for a buck.
It’s cringy like that linky in thing. Bunch of corporatists back schlapping each other on who’s the best brown noser. and company (yes) man. Desperate for adulations and approvals that they didn’t get as kids. It’s mental illness. And it’s pretty sad seeing it in old males and old girls. Please like me, look look look at me, I spent 30 years in some office clipping, etc…old and gray with shit to show for it.

$2,000 for a toenail procedure? This sounds like the typical 70’s NY foot school graduate. It’s a nice little business. That’s why lifers went into it. They knew it wasn’t real medicine. Just simple stuff where they couldn’t get in much trouble yet rake in the dough and “call themselves” dr.
You can’t convince me podiatry doesn’t have a SOLID, INGRAINED, DIRTY FACTION in control of it. I’m ashamed of podiatry because of those “men”.

There are usually 2 sides to a story before one can make a conclusion. This is an opinion only. Most podiatrists are out to help others with their foot pain. If someone cannot afford the care, remember, we all took oaths to help those in need. What about all those diabetics that were helped by podiatrists giving diabetic foot care? This is the beauty of being a podiatrist. Helping diabetics with toenails callouses and propper shoe gear etc….. One last opinion. Please spend your money pay dues to qualify for membership in the APMA and state society.

There are three sides to every story Daniel. Yours, mine and the Truth. Never two sides, that’s for simpletons.
Also, please refrain from endless money requests. Is someone or something promising you something or giving you someone in rerun for money requests?
If one spends their money to join the APMA I believe this gives a podiatrist the ability to qualify for membership not only in the APMA but also a state society. Think of the opportunities. One can have fun attending meetings and meeting old classmates. Please cease and desist from asking if someone is giving something to Daniel.

It is bizarre. Keeps asking for money over and over and over again. Hopes to give the money to foot clubs, organizations, etc… WHY does he keep asking for dinero?! what is wrong with them that they lust after money and keep asking for money repeatedly?
Robert, please cease and desist from asking if any kind of inducement is being given. My opinion is it is none of your business for you or anyone to ask if money is being given.

Hypothetically? Realistically IT IS OUR BUSINESS. ONLY A STUPID MAN OR SOMEONE SHILLING FOR SOMEONE ELSE WOULD WRITE LIKE YOU. GO AWAY AND LOOK AT PICTURES OF BARRY BLOCK AND HIS SHOE PICTURES.
You strike me as an insecure man enjoying the attention by being contrary. That’s not normal, and at your age indicates a very very sad state.

Furthermore, it is very much our business to know if you are purposely and financially being induced to disrupt this site. YOU are the only one of all the posters who continue to ask us to join and give money to the APMA. This is not something a neutral person would do, so the questions are relevant. Add to that, insecure and mentally damaged. A normal person would not seek attention by purposely being contrary. That type damaged mind would think it’s ok for an Israeli to go into Gaza and say Death to Hamas then expect them to “cease and desist” attacking Israel. What kind of men did they take in that New York quack foot college?
