You are probably thinking what a dumb headline. But I wrote it to demonstrate the effect that Podiatrists behaving well will never make the news. If you read some websites you would think damn Podiatrists break the law a lot. The fact is by and large Podiatrists mirror the rest of the country as far as crimes and misdemeanors. So I wrote this to point out that Podiatrists by and large are good law abiding people (other than the practice management gurus. They are just grifters.)

Yeah, ‘FOOT AND ANKLE SURGEON’. The title goes a long way to maintain the FRAUD. Even pods fall for it. Because MOST PODS WENT TO FOOT COLLEGE WITHOUT A MEDICAL BACKGROUND ALL THEY KNOW IS PODIATRY AND THINK THEY LEARNED “JUST LIKE”. Those that were RN’s. You DO understand that the LAW requires one to take CME’S to maintain a license, and even though you’re just a podiatrist ,you should understand that maintaining a license is mutually exclusive from actively practicing. Wow, we’re just trying to help and empathize with your situation that seems dubious economically especially after forty years of podiatry yet still not enough money. That’s awful. I don’t hate podiatry per se. I hate the lies that we ARE (present tense) ‘just like’, but someday soon we WILL (future tense) be just like (EXCEPT IN NY where James Hanna is AGAINST taking the USMLE’S), and I’m opposed to the stolen valor of terms like ‘physician and limb salvager’.
