He published an article from a newspaper that implied a podiatrist in Florida had written for an excessive number of opioids. There was no other way to interpret the publication by good old Barry. Stephen Spinner, a podiatrist in Florida, published a factual account of the matter. Dr. Spinner pointed out that the podiatrist cited in the article was found not guilty of any wrongdoing. He felt that the publication of the article by Dr. Block was unfair. This goes to the very heart of the criticisms of Dr. Block. He constantly publishes accounts of accusations, investigations, and the results of trials with very few if any facts. He leaves it to your imagination with regard to the truth. In this case at least someone spoke up and basically said “fuck you to the barrister”. Deservedly so. Of course Dr. Block never publishes anything negative or suggesting negativity regarding his buddies and friends who personally or through their organizations advertise in his what shall we say literature. His version of Mad Magazine for podiatrists. Congratulations Dr. Spinner. We could not of said it better ourselves. Fuck you for trying to besmirch the reputation and credibility of an individual not found guilty of any crime and who is a recognized leader in education in the state of Florida. Of course Dr. Block will say I only published the article as a service. I said nothing about the doctor. I cannot account for how others interpret the article. So how do we summarize this ?

A program called the Future of Podiatric Medicine is designed to “acquaint” these young men about the worlds greatest medical profession. The first scout law is that a scout must be TRUSTWORTHY. I know that at our local hospital;, DPMs calling the hospital CEO in droves asking the hospital to buy their practice. The percentage that will have hospital employment is less than 5 percent and that employment won’t last past 2022, if it does it will be based on RVUs and that will get you about 90K a year until the Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant takes over.
