It amazes me that Fryberg is lecturing anywhere much less highlighted, a man unceremoniously let go from the VA for ethical issues. A man that most of Podiatry knows sold out his patients for rep money. A man very entangled in the VA scandal, that everyone knows he was an unnamed physician. But there he is at Super Bones, apparently he still needs money did not sell out his patients enough? Where is line was Adam Frasch busy? Could they not hook up Frasch to lecture from behind bars? They have FaceTime these days. He is as qualified as Frykberg. The only thing Frykberg has over Frasch is he managed to avoid prison time for his flaws.
Eddy, the ‘common purpose’ IN PODIATRY (as opposed to osteopathy) is “getting away with it”. STOLEN VALOR, ie., playing dr without the education and responsibility of one. Over the last half century that “purpose” has become immutable; forged by liars, lifers and the lazy. Podiatrists are apparently happy remaining frauds. They are content with medical mediocrity yet crave the adulations deserving of ACTUAL DOCTORS. I’m quite sure the negative votes on some posts are from the mentally questionable Marilyn Fentoon. A frightened lifer afraid to use his own name. It is typical of a narrow minded podiatrist to make ad hominin attacks while eschewing any substantive polemic. This is the type of personality that makes podiatry a non MD, allied, non objective trade. Without preamble: How is it that DO achieved parity with MDs? Consider there are over 100,000 DOs in the US. Over the same few decades they developed to where they are today. I suppose there is unity of purpose in osteopathic – They had a collective objective. Contrarily podiatry splintered, mimicking what MDs do, but made very little changes to the education and training.
