The lies are understandable. Few have the mental reserve to admit they’re NOT REAL, that they’ve been CONNED. As in the Stockholm Syndrome whereby the victim relents and ALIGNS WITH THE CAPTOR (in this case, PODIATRY), so do the insecure, weak minded align instead of facing reality.
PODIATRY IS PSYCHOLOGICAL DEVASTATION to those that thought they were becoming “just like”. It’s less painful (they think) to just “LIVE IN THE LIE”. Yes, I played the game for awhile too. Eventually I realized I was better off admitting to everyone that I WAS JUST A PODIATRIST, NOTHING MORE.
The truth sets you free. Mentally, financially, emotionally, etc… you’re not a doctor, you’re a podiatrist with a very limited scope that involves low IQ, rote technical work. All the lab coats, deep pitched voices, and stethoscopes are just part of the con.

Detailed system interactions, life and death are NOT really part of podiatry, though some DIRTY PODIATRISTS will talk about death after amputation statistics and then DISHONESTLY EXTRAPOLATE podiatry into the “LIFE OR DEATH” SECTION OF MEDICAL VALOR. If podiatry wasn’t LIMITED, TECHNICAL, AND MANUAL its license wouldn’t be kept LIMITED.
