If the allegations are true Dr. Sarchino and the hospital system are in serious legal jeopardy.
Also the lawsuit includes a laundry list of allegations of fraud on Dr. Sarachino’s part. For some of us the stuff is garden variety Podiatry Resident fraud that happens at many institutions. Other stuff is far more serious and obviously the part where he had them take X Rays at his office without a lead guard and now the one Podiatrist has bladder cancer may be be a big issue further down the road for Dr. Sarachino.
From the votes and comments I’ve read recently, I suspect that the LIFERS are feeling the pressure of THE TRUTH. As such, they find it easier to negate the TRUTH (which is an IMPOSSIBILITY BY DEFINITION) instead of changing the falsehoods into the truth.
