I was just showing that part of this ad was actually an MD. MIS is pretty popular with foot and ankle MDs in Italy. And it’s getting some mainstream DPMs here performing MIS. The difference is that the “quality” DPMs and the MDs doing it are not just sticking in a 44 Shannon and blasting the shit out of the bone.
