LOL..My daughter is an ortho PA. She did a 2 year ortho residency after PA school. She makes 180,000 and the ortho group she works for paid off her PA school loan. Has health insurance provided by the group and a pension fund. NOW THE BEST PART, She takes first call at the ER when a foot or ankle case comes in…NOT the DPMS. The era of DPMs involved in health care is coming to an end, so APMA and the Podiatry colleges should cut the false advertising about how good and how Podiatry is needed.
