Well in a nutshell due to cutbacks in local news and reporting the fact is Podiatrists and anyone who gets in trouble with the law are not being written up. Since Barry runs a newscraper to get his news, the “Podiatrist is accused of flashing an elderly patient” story is no longer appearing. So no, Barry didn’t see the light. No, Podiatrists are not getting in any less trouble than they did before. It’s just simple cut backs at local news that has led to this appearance.
