Dr. Carpenter was recently awarded a service award in 2019 by the APMA. Heck Temple University considers Dr. Carpenter a distinguished alumni. Check it out.
Anyways, to the crime. Dr. Carpenter is indicted by the Grand Jury for gauging Tri Care insurance using compounding pharmacy techniques. You may have been aware of this scam in other places. Well it appears Dr. Carpenter has practiced the same thing. He bribed patients and then sent phony compounding prescriptions and over charged the insurance. Sounds like a great guy. There are seven counts of the indictment and the fraud reaches into the six figures. I will try and get the pdf of the charges published.
