How about creating a reprint, paste, cut, delete, censor “management” blast and selling advertizing space? Then buy names/emails of DP WTFs and students etc..that way you pump up your subscription numbers to beef up your ad revenues. DOCTORS MEASURE SUCCESS BY LIVES SAVED and scientific understanding of diseases. TRUE medicine is an ALTRUISTIC-SCIENTIFIC ENDEAVOUR. Podiatry is, at best, a LESSER, secondary, copy cat, TRADE and, at worst, a plain BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY TO GARNER WEALTH.
