We have proof that there is at least one lifer who can’t handle the truth. Ck. the voting, multiply by 100, and see how many lifers are cringing as the truth is extolled throughout the kingdom. Seeing their insecurity and inability to face the truth makes my day and proves my points. Real men confront their opponents. Spineless cephaloPODS take “drive by” pot shots, morph to match a protective environment and hide under a rock.

So you think a podiatrist is a DOCTOR? Well, if getting an MBA before entering foot trade school is important as Block seems to think then maybe. If LOBSTER LOOKING SHOES ARE MEDICINE then maybe. If giving the umpteenth lecture have to explain podiatry to hospital staff, then maybe. Rationalize all you want, but THE VOICE OF PODIATRISTS screams that podiatry is a non MD, nearly QUACK TRADE. Hey, why don’t DRUG REPS come to foot technician stores much anymore? Is it because there is so little they can prescribe by law? Is it because there are 10X more PA’s… Read more »

Bingo. The only visits that come my way now are for Formula 3, or anything else where I gotta buy a case and move it. Sorry Sally, I don’t do retail.

Reality.......It's Traumatic

This site, with its overall candor, truthful case studies, and insistence on reality, might just possibly serve to help many deluded americans/ dp wtfs heal, and perhaps, become genuine human beings (tiny %), instead of empty vessels of smiley someday blather, rage, and hatred. Of course, as we all know, they much prefer to hate, smile alot, and go after chasing that pot of gold (shit) at the end of the rainbow; rather than to heal, they hu$tle, and want more. Infinite expansion with finite resources–that’s mentally deranged. Am certainly not writing these words in any hope of waking any… Read more »

It’s acting—plain and simple costume and shit and all the other crap like smiling the mirror and staring at your teeth. It, as in the whole deal of ACTING, you’re putting on the face that other people attribute to yourself. And automatically you become how other are piecing you—Why this is a notion to be aware of? Sometimes the mask will not come off. You transition from social cues, body language and voice tones. An image is projected and you become someone else’s perception what that self is. Be careful who you pretend to be-

I liken humankind to a virus. One that has infected the earth. And we’re witnessing the result- I guess you can save yourself from the massive flood by building a raft from the plastic washed up on the beach. I saw an interesting piece (forgot if it was 60 minutes or CBS Sunday Morning). It was about the untold number of species that are on the endangered list. There’s a govt agency (or group funded by said govt) whose job is to preserve as many of the species as possible. Problem is, they don’t have an infinite supply of money.… Read more »

wtf: tried to read the full article, directed to “sign in”, then told need to subscribe, sent hither and yon. Forget it! The article is about ANKLES, written by MD’s anyway and Barry Block and his cohorts repetitively tell us MD’s don’t know anything about the foot. Is the ankle part of the foot? If not, are podiatrists evolving away from the foot? Pods took 100 years to crawl up from the foot…. like a tick. Tick Tick. Foot, ankle, lower leg? Most podiatrists are still limited to the foot only. I wonder what the % of opiod Rx’s are… Read more »

What would a ‘board certified’ podiatric surgeon do? Morphine drip?

They would be very very quiet, and sit in their economy class (or First Class if you’re Ghastworthless) seat and scart down pretzels in those tiny cheapo bags.

These docs are lazy and give into scam artists to get them out of the office. The scenario goes like this……patient has an ankle sprain and tell the doc that he’s allergic to aspirin and NSAIDs and that he’s really in a LOT of pain. The doc has a super busy schedule so instead of “just saying no” the doc takes the easy route and writes an Rx for 5-10 narcotic pills. The doc figures this will get the patient out of the office. And that’s how and why it happens. The docs are lazy and just want to move… Read more »

Docs are not lazy, they’re burnt out from from for profit “health” “care”. Theyre cogs in a profit machine and make peanuts after 12h days with huge student loans.

Are you serious? Why the fuck are these patients ON all these opioids /psychotic meds? Not to mention stuffing their faces with shit.

Because their so called life sucks. Paying endless bills, fees, loans, corporate wage slavery and shit to show for it.

Doctor Laziness has zero to do with it

LAZY . NO, it doesn’t have a lot to do with it. A whole lot. Bullshit pharmaceutical PUSH…..IS A PHONY EXCUSE TO NOT treat your patients. FM, IM are sending patients out to some other asshole specialist ping ponging patients for more more and more. “Oh you need to see an ENT, dermatologist, gynecologist or some shit because it’s a scam greater that even the WTFiest of wtfs could imagine. Think about it, you give some jerk who can’t even spell his own name and pass some test you get to … PODRIFIED. It’s like this web of weird where… Read more »

Think my point was missed. There are dirtball patients who play the system. They complain of pain and tell you they are allergic to everything. The doc KNOWS these are drug seekers but since the doc is tired, underpaid and over worked he sometimes may write for a few pills to get the patient out of the office so he can move onto his next patient. So my use of the word “lazy” may not have been a poor choice. Docs may simply write for a few to move onto the next patient due to their hectic day.

Meant MAY have been a poor choice.
