Justin, there was an old podiatrist looked like 60 years old plus, who showed up to our school begging folks to bring in new recruits (students) into the school. Tell them the great hours, the surgeries, the respect, the doctor titles, the great way not to have a boss, etc…etc….etc…. Even coached folks how to say things, how respond to things, etc…etc..etc.
