Truth be told, I’m not a member of either the APMA or ACFAS. Or anything actually. No office. No patients. No dues. No worries. So everything I get is hearsay.
If it is true that the BOD of ACFAS is nothing more than industry money-seeking self-serving people, how is that any different than the APMA BOD ?
Answer: there would be no difference.
And that my friends is what is wrong with the DPM business. It is as Robert says, a business. Not a medical profession. It is a medical business.
Well a health care provider business. Well an alleged health care provider business. There we go.
So look at the REALITY of how you make money in podiatry. Who makes the really big money and how did they do it ?
95% are bullshit artists, scam artists, hustlers and thieves. Most are “leaders in practice management” who should be in prison, hopefully in hell.
They believe they are successful because they have money. Like I say, a business not a medical profession.
FABI ? Just looking at that smiling face makes me want to vomit. IPED ? Looking at that guy makes me want to disinfect myself.
AAPPM ? Makes me want to go to confession for still having the same degree. Presents ? Makes me want to visit our local federal agents to ask what the hell they are doing.
Nothing is done about the leadership because they are just more successful at bullshit and hustling than the everyday pod doing the same thing, just not as well.
The only thing I care about is the suggestion that some BOD members are sleeping with each other. Don’t care about the morals of it.
Just would like to hear a little gossip for the Podiatry Post. That’s all. I sure hope someone ain’t sleeping with Santi or Krause or Frisch.
That would be crushing news.

There is no future in Podiatry. A limited license is outdated. PAs and NPs have a full license. Plus look how many other specialties can do foot and ankle care. DPM land is all done. Those is Podiatry school now are screwed ! The schools manipulate the students heads and make them think they are going to be surgeons !

Well, first I’d like to say that I would appreciate some direction on where to post when there is no new heading. It’s easy to get lost in other posts and a quick DATE REFERENCE would lead others to where the most current post resides instead of searching each major topic. Perhaps in the section that says Recent Posts a date alongside would indicate how current it is.
