It is interesting to see the Deans of the Podiatry schools proudly announce in PM News. “100% match” of their students into the non-ACGME podiatry “residencies”. Quite an accomplishment. You see, there are now more residency slots than students graduating. It would be difficult for even the least qualified not to get a residency, in fact impossible.
