I get your spirt, “Than”, but life is about SURVIVAL FIRST. Fun and enjoyment is predicated on survival first. MEDICINE (real medicine) is at the forefront of survival, so those who truly appreciate and want to be in it deserve special recognition.
Interlopers (like podiatry) who mascaraed as altruistic when really a BUSINESS fall under imperialists (economic) in my opinion. Podiatry is a failed state in terms of value to the mainstream but is an ECONOMIC SUCCESS for a % of pods. The rest make about as much as a teacher or accountant.
Actually soft tissue might regenerate if amniox is used. So important to first get rid of the infected tissue. Check out the before and after pictures and PowerPoint presentation. Correct offloading etc… The journal of dermatoscopy can help you learn and help people in this short life.

Wait a second. How can podiatry in private practice be an economic success for most podiatrists. I am assuming most podiatrists are honest and do not recommend elective surgery when not needed. After all we all took oaths to help our patients. I believe the purpose of being a podiatrist is to help our patients.
