Decreased enrollment is a positive step for unmatched graduates. If there is an increased enrollment, this likely would cycle into a residency shortage. Graduates would be unmatched and unable to get licensed to practice podiatry except perhaps in Pennsylvania. Decreased enrollment is a positive step for unmatched graduates. If there is an increased enrollment, this likely would cycle into a residency shortage. Graduates would be unmatched and unable to get licensed to practice podiatry except perhaps in Pennsylvania. Why spend 4 years all that money and not be able to get licensed I have compassion for unmatched podiatrists unable to get licensed in many states. It is a positive step to avoid putting anyone in that horrible position.
