A shifty profession NEEDS TO BE SHIFTY. Not only is the above video misleading and OVER positive about podiatry, PM News CONTINUES THE NEED TO MAKE PODIATRY LOOK GOOD. How many times have we seen the shop-worn stories about foot tech Volunteers? Stories no different than any of the SAME stories from decades past. The INTERNATION PODIATRY CLUB (yes club!) did the, “go to a poor country” thing to look caring and medical. Probably because the LAWS in the US would be more prohibitive than on a 3rd world island. There’s the usual use of terms that sound impressive but… Read more »

Hi Mr. Chaskin. I see you’re still alive whenever negative votes come up. Aren’t you able to retire yet? Yeah, the cost of living in NY City is outrageous. Too bad your own types kept you from moving out of New Yawk all those years ago. I’m sure they appreciate your dues money though.

Let us look at the courses podiatrists must take.
Robert, please understand I do not give you or anyone positive or negative votes on their posts. If votes on posts are occuring it is by someone else.

Robert, what reason would I have for giving a negative or positive vote? Please believe me. I have nothing to gain by posting negative or positive opinions. Have some PodiaTrust in me.

Multiple Reasons. You are nearly the ONLY one on this site who defends podiatry and your OWN site. You disagree regularly with our statements. You write under a number of different pseudonyms. You say you can “grow toes back”. You say you lecture and teach MD’s. You have your business in New Yawk.
Anyone of those reasons is sufficient for you NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Robert, 1. Look at this post. where does it say I can “grow toes back”? 2. The correct website is http://www.journalofdermoscopy.com The reader can go to the wesite and judge for themselves if soft tissues can heal and begin to regrow. This is different than having “toes grow back” Toes include bones and toenails. 3. Was it even me, or someone else, that posted the following below: Could soft tissues heal and begin to regrow? http://www.journalofpodiatry.com See the pictures and judge for yourself in this short and stressful life brother Robert. 4. Why not think about this question. If it… Read more »

“You write under a number of different pseudonyms.”Robert, did you ever consider the possibility that there might be someone else wrtiting posts that you may think I wrote and I did not write them. How can you assume I wrote all those posts that you might be responding to when I did not write all of those posts.

On the contrary. You have a lot to lose, Mr. Chaskin Your life is one of cowering to the Barry Block’s and the podiatric BAD MEN. You chose your side because you are INSECURE. YOU have demonstrated spinelessness forsaking “right” for personal expediency. See a psychiatrist for further explanation of what is obvious to everyone but you. Even your hiding behind the name Podia-trust is an oxymoron. Historically the two don’t go together because dirty New Yawk podiatrists infected the trade with a mercenary, lecherous streak that remains with most podo politicians. No. Sorry, You’ll find no quarter from good… Read more »

What a prejudiced, dirty, lying, misrepresentative ADVERTISEMENT! The bottom line is, the podiatrist SENT HIM TO A REAL MD DOCTOR WHO COULD DO SOMETHING THAT A PODIATRST COULDN’T! Period, end of story. THE MD SAVED THE GUY NOT THE POD. And what’s with this dirty lying MONEY GRAB AND ATTEMPT AT RESTRICTION OF TRADE whereby this pod says GO TO AN APMA podiatrist??!! What? Only suckers who give money to the APMA can tell if you have bad circulation?? Is there something in DUES PAYING that makes them more competent than the wise ones who AREN’T insecure, stupid, and supportive… Read more »

Another scum bag (and the “diversity” schtick too). Good for the glossies/propaganda. Also, tell the fat hill billy to loose weight and exercise. Eat right, stop smoking—typical pody customers.

First of all it is a valuable service to be a crossing guard and to help save lives. Who is to say a crossing guard is not as important as a podiatrist or a physician? All 3 are important.

It was meant to be a sarcastic criticism of podiatric hyperbole. You didn’t get in back then, you don’t get it now, and you won’t get it later either. How many names do you write under Mr. Chaskin?

Did you ever consider the possibility that someone else is posting as me? Also podiatrist can be part of a team that could be responsible for saving a life.

If all the DPMS disappeared, no one would notice. If all the cardiologists disappeared it would be very noticeable.

Perhaps the purpose of becoming an APMA member has nothing to do with competence. It has to do with making friends with others socializing and having fun meeting old classmates. If one joins the APMA they can encourage others to spend their money to join.
