BAKO is about to go out of business. Poor Dr. Steve McClain and his lab. Just when Dr. Bryan Markinson becomes a consultant for a new lab bingo, done. What is the future of onychomycosis ? Simple.
1. Send a photo of the toenail to Dr. Ivar Roth or Dr. Elliot Udell.
2. They will tell you if it is a fungus or not. Thus saving the cost of ridiculous and unneeded diagnostic testing.
3. You then send the patient to Dr. Robert Kornfeld for functional medicine treatment. Maybe a change in diet will eliminate the fungus.
When you send the patient to Dr. Kornfeld have them first stop by the ATM machine for some cash. Ditto Dr. Roth. They probably need a pair or two of orthotics.
It is just that simple. Stupid Dr. Allen Jacobs. He’s so ignorant he probably needs cultures for bacterial infections too.

Of course podiatry is a quack profession. Why? Look at the dirty podiatrists. Yeah there are some good scientific ones but then there’s those ROTH AND STEINBERG TYPES vs the Rubin type that can’t agree if quack college is like or not like real medical school. Very very interesting how quickly the cashola practice people write into PM News to claim “I am not a crook”. Yeah. Kinda says it all doesn’t it. It’s like the fart in the elevator. He who smell it, dealt it. It also seems as though Elliot Udell never misses an opportunity to look stupid. Is this some sort of disease ? PM News proving again that the empty barrel makes the most noise.
And Udell is an “honored” lecturer. So much for quality in podiatry.
My opinion is most podiatrists are honest and care about helping their patients. If they get any money from practicing podiatry some podiatrists can spend that money and perhaps get other sources of money to qualify for membership in the APMA and state societies. Why not join the APMA and state podiatric society today?
Why not join the APMA? To get what R.O.I.? I used to belong for the first few years until I saw the suites and drinks and wide waist lines under their checkered sport coats. The admissions “committee” of the quack colleges look at bank balances not GPA’s so dumb similarly avaricious foot school customers are admitted. I checked on Barber Colleges Eddy. Takes 1,500 hours of classes and practicum and 1400 hours of apprenticeship under a LICENSED barber, plus a WRITTEN and PRACTICAL EXAM. Kinda like the foot barbers.
