Actually Robert, a physical examination in conjunction with podiatric care just might be within scope. It depends on what the state board of podiatry states. The problem is that a podiatrist must first get training and or experience reading echocardiograms to evaluate the chambers. Perahps a podiatrist might have an MD teach them. Then again even if an electrocardiagram shows an abnormality, the podiatrist must then refer to an MD who will probably perform their own interpretation and treatment.
