Glad I found this platform for information. I got into Ross Medical school, my GPA was 3.39 and MCAT score was good but not good enough for USA med school. Anyway just wanted to say, My university advisor persuaded me not to go into Podiatry because when she advised other students to go into Podiatry they came back to her and said…”its not what they profess to be as a healthcare profession” ( PS I got accepted to all the Podiatry Colleges and NO THEY ARE NOT MEDICAL SCHOOLS !)

When your health professional schools…PODIATRY SCHOOLS…..have to hire companies to recruit students, when you go for an interview and they tell you you need to sign on the spot if you want admission with a deposit on your credit card of $ 5,000, when they tell you at the Podiatry school interview that the profession is growing fast, that you can make high 6 figure incomes, when you hear that a limited license is ok because you are a surgical specialist like an orthopedic surgeon………..you know that the end is near for the profession.
