I didn’t have to read far to see a typical podiatric con. Slippery percentages with “equal shares” of expenses. Majority vs. Minority. I’ve been involved personally with 2 pods who SHAFTED ME. One failed to follow up on a contract and another group went bankrupt after a couple of months and left to start “their own” business. I naïvely thought there was honor and trust even with podiatrists. There’s not. STAY AWAY FROM PODIATRY! STAY AWAY FROM PODIATRISTS! STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH PODIATRISTS! As the old adage says, “There’s not honor among THIEVES”. Dirty Profession.
This is an accurate representation of how DPMs sell practices. Since the value of Podiatry practices have been bottoming out the past 4 years, its the “get what ever sucker you can” to buy your practice. Check the applicant pool to Podiatry….word is out there is no value.
