One of the goals of the APMA is to reduce the amount of malpractice lawsuits and cases brought against Podiatrists. And the lawsuits they most want to reduce are the frivolous lawsuits that have no basis in anything. But how can they work to that end when one of their Board of Trustees member is going around filing frivolous lawsuits of his own against Trash companies? It’s a serious question. How can the APMA work towards helping Podiatrist with malpractice and nuisance lawsuits when a member of the board of trustees is partaking in them?
