This is unreal. 160K for disability due to Morton’s Neuroma. I am sorry ,there is not a Neuroma on the planet that should result in 160K worth of damages for disability. Maybe I am wrong or insane, but it happened and it happened in Georgia. I would love to see who the Podiatrist’s expert witness was in this case that claimed a Morton’s Neuroma resulted in 160k worth of disability.

A little of my daily life. I was at the dds for the cleaning oral exam thing. New young dds bought out my old one so I was cking out the processes. Hadn’t met the dds yet but the HYGENTIST did the X ray thing, questioning, cleaning etc.. As I lied in the chair she scraped the calculus (not callus), flossed, ground, and polished my teeth with the rotary drill. Light chit chat accompanied it. You know, I’m getting a little sick of podiatrist drop out (another one) Wenstrup. They show him giving a COVID VACCINATION AS IF HE’S AN ACTUAL DOCTOR. In most states he’d be in line waiting for a nurse to give him a shot. PODIATRY SCHOOL DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR VACCINATIONS. The few states that allow a pod to vaccinate only do it AFTER THEY’VE BEEN TRAINED BY NURSES ETC AND AFTER THEY PROVE THEY PASSED A CPR COURSE.. He claims to be a COMBAT SURGEON.
