Basically, this person was taking multiple narcotic prescriptions from multiple doctors, one of which was a Podiatrist. The person then plowed their car into another person. Now the Podiatrist who prescribed the narcotics has been added to the wrongful death suit. I doubt PICA covers this FWIW.
It takes a nice law suit to remind podiatrists that PLAYING DOCTOR has consequences.
