I strongly suspect the patient and family have no idea what the difference is between a PODIATRIST AND A FOOT AND ANKLE M.D. ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. This club foot deformity should be corrected by a DOCTOR. ALL HONEST PODIATRISTS KNOW THAT MOST PODIATRISTS ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT TO DO CLUB FOOT SURGERY. Robert, I never completed a certified residency program in podiatric sugery. You speak about me yet ommitted about my in hospital training from 1986 to 1991 by the cases I assisted on. Furthermore, I had in hospital experience by the cases I was surgeon of record. One of the residents that assisted me is a current residency director.
