It was obvious that the network must have sent out some ads LOOKING for patients with a unique pathology. How many of us have a patient walk in with neurofibromatosis (an upcoming episode). And why else would a woman with polydactyly fly from Atlanta to New Jersey for a simple amputation of an extra digit? The guy made it seem like it was rocket science to amputate a toe. Trailer looks interesting. OF COURSE it HAS TO. WE here know these are not typical practices, but it has the potential to help an IMAGE, or at least explain once again “why we chose feet”. Naturally they’ll be no mention that you need an MD note to cut those nails or mention what podiatrist don’t learn or can’t treat.
