So in the last seven days five different Podiatrists have been indicted for various forms of Medicare fraud. The PM News has decided to run with stories on four of them while leaving one out. The Podiatrist he has chosen not to run stories about is Brian Carpenter, his former, until a week ago ,executive director of the Texas Pediatric Medical Association as well as on the faculty at the Podiatry Institute. He has written to the PM News multiple times as well as lectured on the circuit. Why has his indictment not been mentioned????? The four Podiatrists who nobody has ever heard of got their names and schemes mentioned. Yet, Carpenter doesn’t even get a blurb. The next time people talk about Barry standing up for the little guy and helping all Podiatrists, remember this.
