Here is link. Supposedly it is develop mentoring for Podiatrists, students and residents (This might be the stupidest idea ever).  You say mentorship is a great idea. I say if you do a freaking residency you have 10-20 Podiatrists to choose from as a mentor that you work with every day.

How odd why does an organization that promotes mentorship need corporate sponsorship?

Amerigel,Bako, Gordon Laboratories, heck even the Pediatric genius Louis Dicaro’s orthotic company is represented, Safe Step, Surefit, PICA (which is such a joke have some integrity for a change), but one guy you will not find at an AAPPM conference John Romans- yep that would be the same John Romans that bankrupted Biomedix and left hundreds of Podiatrists on the hook (funny it’s not mentioned in his biography),

Again I ask a simple question. If the true goals of this organization is mentorship, why do you need corporate sponsors?

Dear AAPPM member reading this (and I know you do)- I know you hate me. But if you could email me and confirm for me the story I heard on Ornstein’s departure from the AAPPM, that would be wondrous.

I guess the question is how many suckers are there in Podiatry now that we have the AAPPM and this organization there may not be enough to go around.

Other questions:

Why is Hal Ornstein being deceptive about the name and goal when it is clear this groups goal is to challenge the AAPPM?

Why are so many APMA corporate sponsors helping?

Is there any doubt now that Russ Taubman is in Hal Ornstein’s pocket?  Its absolutely pathetic and unjustifiable that PICA is involved with this organization.  Why possible gain for PICA comes out of this organization???

Does anyone think this group can survive advertising its conferences as Hal Ornstein and seven nobodies lecture on practice management?  Come here people who net 75K a year tell you how to run your practice more efficiently.  Sure I have problems with Guilana, Moore etc but they are success at what they do (excuse me while I vomit in my mouth).

Who will the PM news grant favor too??? Barry is on the board of directors of Hal’s vanity project but he is still one and the same with the AAPPM who will he choose?????

I would personally like to thank Hal, I now have another group to make fun and whole new realm of material.  Plus, I fight between Hal and the AAPPM, where do I get my popcorn?
