It appears he sued the Podiatrist for malpractice and made a youtube video of what a crook this patient thinks he is.

Lowell Weil Sr. and Lowell Weil Jr. use to have their annual FABI meeting at a hotel in Chicago every year. For an additional charge the attendees could take a tour of their office while it was in operation. I think it is a disgrace for a doctor to charge a colleague money to see the inside of his office. Who is Mrs. Barryster ?

Do you think Doctor Barry Block pulls his schnitzel to pictures of Imelda Marcos ? She had more shoes than the Canadian gay podiatrist with his celebrity shoe collection ! I believe that he does. It’s a two finger job, one on each side. Oh if only Barry could access her infamous shoe collection. That would carry the shoe of the day for the next 10 years. Does the diagnosis of retifism mean anything to Doctor Barry Block. It should.

Want to see what’s wrong with podiatry ?(and that’s a lot) Read the interview of our new exalted, Auguste, dear leader, Seth Rubenstein. He looks like Podiatrist Nirenberg the self adjudged foot FORENSICOLOGIST. Birds of a feather apparently. ‘Ol Rubenstein says podiatry has grown and matured in the last 100 years. Well, I’ve been around about half that time and I can’t see much more than different RHETORIC. Podiatrists now CALL THEMSELVES physician etc. etc but have had no license change. PODIATRY is only good with Rhetoric. Rubenstein is said to “ASCEND” TO THE PRESIDENCY. “ASCENDING” LIKE SOME GOD ON… Read more »

Coney island “amusement park.” Hustles included an elephant-themed brothel, even paid admission to see a burnt amusement park (hu$tles), and the public execution of a ‘bad’ elephant by hanging, electrocution, and poison for a price. Thomas Edison participated in this last attraction. The best metaphor for America (podiatry) was a giant theme park with fill in blank puppet leader as carney in chief. Everything for price to titillate, masturbate, shallow/superficial fascinate, and then defecate. It’s fascinating how amusement rides never seem to last more than 5-10 years. Amusement is the endless craving for the new that is never satisfied, a… Read more »

Robert, the term should not be playing dermatologist. After all dermatologists without dermatoscopes are unable to achieve a gold standard of analyzing a wide field of structures and patterns underneath the skin. The term should instead be focused on those health care practitioners using dermoscopy and those that do not. How come some dermatologists do not routinely use dermoscopy? Why even risk death by missing vital information missed by a biopsy? Timely biopsy lesions only after a dermatoscopic exam to ensure the lesion is accurately biopsied as well as to determine if monitoring instead might be needed. Forgive me Robert,… Read more »

The problem is that md dermatologists are not all using dermatoscopes which may result in pathologists not having proper information to diagnose. The other problem is tha mds and dpms are not using experimental dermatoscopic foot surgery at all as a part of their total foot wound care. This is problematic and missing from both md as well as DPM training. The word should get out and more experimental dermatoscopic surgery should be explained to patients as a possible alternative to transmetatarsal amputations especially in cases of blood coagulation problems.
Why not refer to those specialists who use dermoscopy?

It is self/podiatry regulated post grad training program by DP WTFS. That’s like a realturd thinking they’re providing you expert guidance. Or a handyman thinking he’s a structural engineer. After all, whether your a dermatologist, a foot technician, or whatever, it’s the PATHOLOGIST’S REPORT THAT IS THE FINAL DETERMINANT. But you learned that in biomechquatics didn’t you?

Robert, I respecfully disagree. Regarding being all together, the verticle specimen must also have a dermatoscopic view of structures and patterns underneath the skin to have the information all together and ready for the dermatopathologist to examine.

The above link summarizes the advantages of dermoscopy.
I am not alone in my beliefs that every specialist that treats skin should use dermsocopy.
I am emphasizing concepts I learned at Memorial Sloan Ketterings Seminers, dermatoscopic texts etc…

We all took oaths to help our patients. If a patient has no money, and needs care why turn them away? We all took oaths to help our patients.
Part of that oath I feel includes using instrumentation such as dermoscopy, even though you cannot bill out separately for its use.

Robert as far as losing ones marbles, this really is not a compliment. However, I do have a sense of humor, so Let us have some dermoscopy discussion about the dermatoscopic shape and parallel ridge pattern of lost marbles. Pebbles on the ridges might resemble tiny marbles or what I recall is a congenital nevus in teenagers. Such structures and patterns shaped like tiny marbles might be lost without dermoscopy. Furthermore this congenital nevus pattern is so rare if not ever seen in an adult. This again occurs on the dermatoglyphic, glamorous areas of the soles distal to Wallace’s line.… Read more »
